Caffeine content: High
Origin Tea: Darjeeling
Available as: 50g loose tea
Taste notes: While the flavors in this tea appear to be dense, they are clear and full. Spices do not argue, but rather coexist peacefully. Black tea adds a briskness and astringency to the infusion and easily accepts the addition of milk.
Serving suggestion: Goes well with all your moods, but we recommend it with sugar and milk at any time of the day. A good match for finger foods and fatty snacks.
Brewing suggestion:1 tea bag or 1 tsp per cup (150ml). Always pour hot (80°C) water over the tea leaves, not the other way around. Steep for five minutes. All of our teas, whether in tea bags or loose leaves, can be rebrewed multiple times. Simply add hot water and steep for a longer period of time than before.
Storage advice: Keep in the tea tin’s foil pouch or transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place. Teas should be kept in the refrigerator if not consumed right once.
If stored in the refrigerator/freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.
