Ingredients: Green tea leaves, Blue pea flower
Health Benefits: This beautiful concoction protects the body against free radical action, fights skin aging, stimulate collagen production, and increases your metabolism
Caffeine content: Medium
Origin Tea: Nepal
Available as: 50g loose tea leaves
Taste notes: Notes of steamed rice dominate at first, then fade to reveal softer notes of cooked beans in the middle, before ending on a note reminiscent of a crust of dry brown bread.
Serving suggestion: Its earthy flavor goes well with salads and pasta.
Brewing suggestion:1 tea bag or 1 tsp per cup (150ml). Always pour hot (80°C) water over the tea leaves, not the other way around. Steep for a couple of minutes. All of our teas, whether in tea bags or loose leaves, can be rebrewed multiple times. Simply add hot water and steep for a longer period than before.
Storage advice: Keep in the tea tin’s foil pouch or transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place. Teas should be kept in the refrigerator if not consumed right once.
If stored in the refrigerator/freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.
